Hello, I'm a complete newbie at Solaris 8 and just started learning 2 days ago. Right now I'm using my Win XP to write this message. I connect to the internet using ADSL router (ethernet). All the passwords and usernames are stored on the router itself so all I need to do to connect to the internet through XP is just to plugin the ADSL router into the LAN port of my laptop. How do I do this on my Solaris 8 ?? I searched all over the net for 10 hours but all I find is something that you have to enter your ISP username and password and such... But my router already have the setting so I don't need to enter any password!! All I need is let my Solaris 8 connect to my ADSL router and I'm done. But I don't know how to do this. Someone please help me. Thank you for reading and I'm hoping for a reply.
