Wondering if anyone has successfully installed Solaris 8 x86 on a Dell Optiplex GX400... I have tried loading via cd and dvd, but on the initial start I always get the same comment "ACPI tables not in reclaim memory". I have tried switching the ACPI in the BIOS from S1 to S3 with the same results as well as booting the system using the command "b kadb -v". The DCA recognizes a conflict during bus enumeration but doesn't list explicitly what the problem is. I have even tried turning everything off in the BIOS (including the NIC) prior to installation with no avail... To make matters even better, the parent board is an all in one with the exception of video (which I digressed to a radeon 7000 that I know works). Anything is better than nothing, plz hlp.
