Comment:

I downloaded Solaris 9 -x86 from Sun with first three CDs and burned them into CD-R. but when I put CD1 into my CD-ROM and reboot from my PC, It cann't boot from CD even afterI changed boot sequence in BIOS, Does the ISO image needs to be treated somehow before I burn into CD or just as a whole image burn into CD to make it work?

Thank you!

How did you burn the ISO files anyway??? You suppose to burn them (or at least the first one) as image files which means you are not supposed to extract them first before you burn them... Try burning them or at least the first one again and if you don't know what's going on, then perhaps Solaris is a little over your head right now!!!
