ZoneAlarm Virus Sig File Update err

CPU/Ram: amduron 1300Mhz 320 SDRA

Hello,
Does anyone know why, when I attempt to download the latest Virus Signature File for Zone Alarm Suite,it gets 1/2 way through the update then gives a message Error (receive failed) and says try again. I do but it keeps happening.
I've reinstalled the program but the same thing is happening.

Any help appreciated

Problem sorted.
I needed to delete a text file in the ZoneAlarm File to be able to update.
