Zonealarm blocks internet randomly

Can anyone please tell me what is going on with zonealarm, it completely cuts off my internet at random times. But its ok again when I disable zonealarm.
I have the two firewall settings in zonealarm on HIGH, and I have a router. thanks!!!

One more thing, if I change the zonealarm settings to "medium" it works again.

Are you using version 6? Have you gone into the advanced settings to see how you have set each application? Look for not only IE, but also things like generic host processes, win32, etc. that are also require approval authorization.

You might try to check and see if you have the automatic internet lock on. If you do, ZA locks up your internet as a safety feature when your screen saver activates. Just turn it off in the "Program Control" section of ZA.
