Comment: Hello, i have a question regarding Zone alarm. I had ZA and uninstalled it succesfully. I deleted it from "remove programs" and even disabled it from the msconfig startup list as well. never had a problem after that really. She is telling me that she cant run any file sharing program (IE KaZaA, morph). I told her there must be a file left on her computer, or the true vector wasnt deleted. i dont access to her computer to do this, and i was just wondering if i could have a little advice. Have i missed something or is it just her system? Any advice?

Reply: (edit)Make sure HIDDEN FILES ARE SHOWN is checked and then search each of the above names/file names fro ZA dn then delete what's left. And geft REGCLEANER from www.jv16.org and it will examine your registry easily and you can finish the UNINSTALL. Or maybe it's done and there is another problem. Like, maybe if she has a firewall or her Internet Explorer settings.

Reply: (edit)Almost sounds like you did another uninstall that took out those shared files (virus program). Or ran a spyware program like Ad Aware or the like? It could make Kazaa and Morpheus (not as likely with Morpheus) not work properly.
