Can someone assist please. Got a reminder notice that ZA had latest update 3.7.143 available. (have 3.1.395 now). Can I just click on "download now" from the reminder notice box or do I have to click off true vector from startup & disable ZA first? Am new to computers, so would appreciate easy to understand directions. Thanks.
QUESTION:5. Is it recommended to install over the previous version of ZoneAlarm Pro?
ANSWER: With the exception of upgrading ZoneAlarm to ZoneAlarm Pro, it is not necessary to uninstall ZoneAlarm Pro before installing the latest version. Your program configurations will be retained. However, you will need to shut down ZoneAlarm Pro when upgrading.
