I do not allow it to act as a server. You have to grant access, but it does not need to be allowed to be a server in order to for you to have internet access. I do not allow any program to act as a server, but I do not allow or share my computer with a network of any kind. If you should get a request for Spooler Subsys, you can deny it access and server, and things will still work properly.
