Comment: When I engage the internet lock and stop all internet activity, the connection icon in the systray shows traffic in and out of my pc. It flashes about every eight seconds and when I highlight it, shows that information is being recieved and sent. Any idea what this can be? I'm new to this, so maybe it's just a dumb question. Thanks.

Reply: (edit)Set Trusted to High. Are you using file/printer sharing as part of a network? What are you network security settings at? Whhat programs are shown in the log when this traffic is taking place, and did you permit them access?

Reply: (edit)Capt, I've set that to high and I'm not using file and printer sharing as part of a network. All network settings are disabled. I just checked the log and everything in there is listed as "blocked". This is driving me up the wall.

Reply: (edit)Are you sure you actually engaged the lock? When it's on, there should be a red padlock symbol on your sys tray and any website you try will not load. You will get an error in IE.

Reply: (edit)Suzi, yes, it's definitely engaged. I may try uninstalling and re-installing ZA. Thanks to you both for your help. :O)
