This is really annoying. Installing zap3, i made a mistake clicking "cancel" when the installer asked for trustded zones. So zap blocked *all* internet, ping etcetera. Windows network still working fine. But canīt get the *heck* out to the web. Anyone an Idea... Please?

If you look up the programs log, you will see the ones you denied access to. You can then make the change to allow, or delete it and start from scratch. If you really get stumped, uninstall and do a reinstallation using new settings when Zone Alarm prompts you.

thanks, capt. Anyhow, uninstall and reinstall (and the following uninstall, again) did not restore access. Sounds silly. No way to get out. Which makes me ponder: Am I an IT-Crook?
Finally connected another machine to the internet till problem is solved.
ZoneLabs did not answer my help request yet.

You probably denied acces to the "Application layer gateway" or "Generic Win32 Host Processes"......make sure those 2 applications are either on "allowed" or "ask" status.
