There have been many reported problems with version 5 . Unless you are having some problem with your current version I would wait . You can go to Zonelabs website and go into there forums and see how many people are complaining .

Main problem is that it conflicts with Norton - most noticeably it stops e-mail scanning of sent items - stick with 4.5 for now
