Hey everyone,
When my comp starts up and ZA loads up ZA opens its cache cleaner, then shuts down. The ZA icon stays in the system tray until I mouse over it then it disappears.
If I go to my Zone Labs folder and double click zlclient.exe nothing happens. I'd reinstall but I have foolishly misplaced my discs for the moment (i moved house....).
The files are there, they're just not working, might this be due to some kind of virus etc?
Any ideas welcome!
Cheers,
Chris.

I thought I might also mention that after ZA has apparently shut down, the windows security page indicates that ZA firewall and AV are still operating correctly.....
Also fyi i'm using ZA security suite.

Have you looked in task manager to see if ZA is still running? ctrl-alt-delete and look. You could also try posting on the zone alarm forum >> http://forum.zonelabs.org/ I assume you have run the appropriate anti-virus alternatives.
