Comment:

The firewall has blocked Internet access to your computer (NetBIOS Name) from 216.109.91.2 (UDP Port 2323)

this is the alert i get on zone alarm free version. i'm used to getting scanned from time to time, but lately it seems it is always a netbios name. around once an hour.
it's making me paranoid.
should i b concerned?

win 98se
xp 1600
256 ddr

Disable bindings for File & print sharing and client for MS networks in your TCP/IP protocol properties for your Dailup or Nic connected to the inet. This disable MetBios over Tcp/ip. This may help.

MS in there wisdom incorporated this a standard in there TCP/IP stack some time ago contry to good potocol conventions. There is a good description with of this at grc.com

You'll have to rebote for changes to take effect.

Good luck
