ZA is starting to cause problems

I have been using this forum for about 8 years, and I thank all those who have helped before. This time, it's my own computer that is acting out. My last post was deleted or never posted. (At any rate it isn't here)

My browsers are up to date, my protection files are up to date, yet things aren't working well. I have the latest version of the Flash player, yet videos on mundane sites won't load or operate. All in all, things are at a standstill. Have HJT log available if needed.

Also, I have the latest SP for XP Pro installed. All the problems I discussed above seem to vanish, when I stop ZA. (or unload it from operation)

I forgot to put that in my original post. Sorry.
