Yet another rogue security software issue

Specs: Windows Vista
Hey! Im fixing a teacher's computer, as she asked me as I am fairly good with computers. I took a flash drive to her laptop loaded up with malwarebytes and hijackthis, with AVG. And I saw that she had been infected with a bad case of "windows defence" (A fake virus scanner similiar to the Windows security center virus) which is very similiar to SpySherrif. Anywho, theres 2 viruses on there, and theyre both rogue virus scanners, the defence and one I cant remember. I CAN boot her computer into safe mode and have removed 5 threats already with malwarebytes.

Also, in addition, I KNOW where she got the virus. Somebody put Limewire on her computer and I know from others that it is p2p and very unsafe to use. She also had frostwire on it. Any help would be appreciated. I can boot up into regular mode, but the virus (s) block everything, including the task manager. Everything is picture perfect in Safe mode though.
