i have a dell inspiron 545 desktop with windows 7, 6.00 gb of ram and a 64 bit operating system and am running microsoft security essentials with prevx virus scanner concurently, as i am told the two work really well together. my problem is that i beleive i have a virus or spyware problem. my pc has been running really slow and strange things have started to happen. the last couple of mornings when i open my yahoo homepage i have noticed that certain items on it have been all rearranged, and the screen size is really big as if it has been zoomed in to like 500%. i zoom back out and thats when i realize items have been rearranged. normally there is a column to the left of my homepage where things like mail, yahoo answers, shopping, and dating etc... are located, in a vertical fashion. on two occasions now they are completely on the opposite side of my homepage in a area about the same shape and size as this box which i am typing in now. i wouldn't even know how to make my homepage look like that if i wanted to. what could possibly be causing this to happen?

sounds like a bad addon or accelerator. Open IE and click on tools/internet options/advanced and reset IE. Then reopen it and see if you still have the same problems.

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers
