i could not open any attachment file from yahoo or hotmail when i was open hangup system hadn't open by the time i found downloader virus that one also couldn't remove this is promblem or any have promblem i found loacation delete file still have not popup message buy still i couldn't open attachement file from yahoo or hotmail and gmail also

The problem with viruses is that even after you remove them your configurations and system settings can still remain altered afterwards.

The only thing I can think of is to do an xp repair from your xp disk to see if this fixes the glitch.

but i can download any website still i could not acces yahoo attachment file only then any solution i don't xp repair cd i only restore plus cd only what can i do.
