Comment: Protected PC ?(I hope) which never gave trouble previously doesn't seem to have liked Friday 13th as it won't start XP now. Before it gets to going around in circles with hanging at xp start up screen, I'm being offered, Safe Mode, Safe Mode with Network, Safe Mode command prompt, Last known good configuration and Start Windows normally(default). You've 30 secs to choose option but they all do the same thing eventually, XP start up bar and then hangs. Windows fault or virus ?
