xp firewall/msmgs 28 times

In my windows xp firewall settings, it has "msmgs*****udp" or "msmgs*****tcp" listed 28 times with checkmarks. (the *'s are numbers by the way)Wut does this mean. Do i have 28 msn messangers or is it somethin else.

You do know that that the built - in firewall in XP is pretty poor don't you?. It specifically does NOT monitor outgoing packets so that XP can report home about what you are doing on your comp.
