WtoolsA - Error Cannot delete 3rd

I have also been getting the WtoolsA has caused and error and will now close, CONSTANTLY !
I have uninstalled 2 parts of the program but when I try to uninstall the "WtoolsaV2" it says that "ad-powered program has to be uninstalled first" Yet, I have noo clue as to which program this is. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you do not know how to diable your system restore, learn it here:

You ahve to do this whenever you have a virus or trojan because they will hide in system restore.
