Reply: (edit)In a security and virus context, there is no difference between them. Neither are considered a risk! The WUXGA or Wide Ultra eXtended Video Graphics Array has a maximum resolution of 1920 X 1200 dpi. The Wide Super eXtended Video Graphics Array runs at 1600 X 900 or 1600 X 1024 dpi.
