Comment:

McAfee has detected a trojan and adware in my computer but I can't delete/quarantine/clean them because they are write-protected.

These are the followings that had been detected:
1) C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\A0127123.CPY
2) C:\_RESTORE\TEMP\UNINST~1.0

So what do I do to delete them?

Then turn it back on!

See the "C:\_RESTORE"?

That means it is in your "System Restore" file, turning it off and back on will purge the file!
