I'm quite sure that eBay and PayPal would not - it would contravene their own Privacy Policy
I'm not familiar with esnipe

Why wouldn't they? The Privacy Policy was possibly written by a recent ex-President It's all about money.

I don't think it would be worth their while to deliberately sell Addresses - both eBay and PayPal have millions of customers - as soon as it became apparent that would be the end of them because people would fear for their Credit Card Details also!
That's not to say that the Addresses could not be stolen - that is a risk at any Site to whom you give your Address - including this one!
But - the original question was whether the eBay and PayPal themselves would sell Addresses and to that I still say no

Hello everyone; hope all is well! My past experiences with both E-bay and Pay Pal, have all been positive. I've never encountered any known problems on my end. I agree with Lesley in that their reputation would be shot if they divulged personal info. But, in computerland, who knows?? By the way...what is "Esnipe"? I've never heard of that one yet.. Take care, everybody...enjoy your weekend! ~Tommyo

Hmmm, Well PayPal have no problem with limiting peoples accounts for no reason and don't seem to care about doing so.... It is certainly true that ebay and Paypal are very greedy! list something on ebay and they charge you to list it, sell something on ebay and they charge you a final value fee on top of your listing fee. accept the payment via paypal and guess what, ebay charge you for the transaction. One of these days, they will sell their emails just like the credit card companies sell postal addresses offline..
