I've had this virus ages now, and i`ve tried following this; http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=WORM_STATOR.A but i don't know which .vxd files to change back to .exe files, i`ve changed a few back but unfortunately some of them weren't meant to be .exe files so i`ve got a ton off errors when i start up my computer. A hint as to how to actually kill this bug would be handy...will backing up my important files and wiping my computer get rid of it? I'm in a real pickle...can anyone help?

Yes you can be helped, download the freeware Trojan Remover version 5.03 to scan and eradicate the worm hiden in partition C of your hard drive... This program is full updated, but you can use it only for one month, after you need to get a license to be able to update unlimited virus database and update of the program itself.
