Comment:

I ran Spybot, AdAware, and Norton...all up to date, latest versions and they find nothing. My main issue is when I get open IE I begin hearing all of these clicks like pages are opening. After a while, it seems my fonts can change, or my mouse will highlight a big area and when I click to unhighlight, it won't work. I have searched. literally for days, and I have finally wound up here to let you guys, the experts hopefully handle. I am so frustrated. Thank you ahead of time...

These are peper trojan, do the following:

Download and run this file to fix Peper Trojan:
http://home01.wxs.nl/~kleyn080/uninst.exe
double click on 'uninst.exe', let it run and terminate.

To delete all the associated files download the following tool:
http://www.mjc1.com/files/mo/drpeper.html
It will self extract to C:.
Find :
C:\drpeper\Find backup and Delete Peper files.vbs file and double click.
On the first prompt copy and paste:

Gfke3M.exe

And hit ok.
You will get a confirmation and proceed:

On the second, paste:

Iei1NLf7.exe

And hit ok.

It will find all the files, delete them and will make backups in the same folder.
It'll open a text file (Peper.txt) with the list of all files deleted.
Make sure it is saved. If need be you can post this file later along with a new HJT log.

There is more to do.

Reboot into safe mode, find and delete if present

C:\Program Files\Common Files\slmss\slmss.exe

Hang onto the peper files till we're sure things are running OK.

Not all of what you listed is on the hjt log? the 1st one not on list is...

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {707E6F76-9FFB-4920-A976-EA101271BC25} - C:\WINNT\jeired.dllO4 - HKLM\..\Run: [slmss] C:\Program Files\Common Files\slmss\slmss.exe

(also the next 2 on your list.)

Did I do something wrong, or should I just check all that I can find?

Also, things seem to be running fine now. Will that go away upon reboot? I cannot thank you enough for this.

I took those from your first log, sorry bout that. The peper tool seemed to take care of them.
See how it goes, I'll leave this thread on my list for a while. If you need to post a new log. Glad things are going better.
