Hi,
I have a problem with my computer cause it has been caught on vista ultimate x32 with SP1 installed this winupgro.exe virus and also has a hacktool.rootkit attack that is always blocked by my Norton internet security online program.
The problem is I can not delete those things even though I tried to delete the process winupgro.exe in the background in order to get rid of the file itself which is located in the folder C:\Users\Mr. Manfred Powell\AppData\Roaming\drivers\winupgro.exe but it always came back at restart and also this other file came always back which is I guess the file that relates to hacktool.rootkit and is also located in the folder C:\Users\Mr. Manfred Powell\AppData\Roaming\drivers\wfsintwq.sys
I do not know how to get rid of those for good so can anybody P L E A S E help me :(

Well thanks for nothing ... !
This online community or so called technical help forum obviously knows how to help their new members in dire situations.
I guess I'd better try to get this done by myself or getting help from forums which may have not so ignorant people that do not want to help a new member.
