wintsk32.exe application error ????

hello,
after booting my system i get this message...

wintsk32.exe - Application Error
The istruction at "0x0041227" referenced memory at "0x00000000" , the memory could not be read.

please help....

Any chance your antivirus program detected a virus ( yaha.u@mm)?...looks like that error is related.

Here is info and removal instructions. Be careful in the registry...be sure to back it up. Since you are getting the error on startup...the virus has run and you will have to remove/repair the registry entries before running the antivirus prog.
Chances are that if you do have the virus your antivirus program is disabled by the virus and will need to be reinstalled, updated before you can run the scan to remove the virus files.
I would print out symantecs instructions so you have them in front of you....the writeup is quite complex.
