I have wintools on my computer and I didn't intentionally download it. I try to get rid of it using Add/Remove programs but it just takes me to the wintools website. Anyone know of this? A google search only has sites where you can download wintools. What is this?

Have you tried deleting them in the "safe mode", or doing a "system restore" to a restore point before WINTOOLS were installed? If you did not intentionally install them, you need to check your internet settings, firewall and spyware programs settings by doing the scans at-- http://www.pcpitstop.com/ (pay close attention to the security part of the performance scan)and http://www.pcflank.com/ If you do not have Adaware and Spybot get them at http://www.wilders.org/
