I have Aol and the virus scan found the virus winhoo32.dll, but could not remove it. Can anyone tell me how I can remove remove this virus?

I did the free online scan, and it found stuff but what I wanted it to find, so I downloaded the free version and it still didn't detect the virus. Any other ideas?
