Hi can anybody please help?

I got a virus off a stupid facebook message
yesterday which has a 'Windows Shutdown
timer' popup every few minutes at random
intervals and gives me 2 or 3minutes to enter
the above characters.

Though when time runs out it does not
shutdown and also if you enter completely
wrong characters it will accept that entry
I have a screenshot of it also if anyone wants
me to send it to them.

Please help,

I to have the problem with the damn system shutdown virus which i got from facebook.

I am not sure what it is or how to fix it. Although, i have managed to find that by going into processes in the windows task manager and end the process of runddll32.exe (something like that) it removes the annoying box and does not come back, until you reboot your machine of course.

Does anyone know how to fix this...please!
