I am running vista and have somehow gotten the windows security alert virus thats been talked about a lot here. I am not a computer person at all..... please help me? I do have bittorrent and limewire..... thats probably the reason but still i need help getting rid of this thing.

You need to update your anti virus and scan your computer in safe mode(restart the computer and press F8 and select safe mode). You should scan your computer with Malwarebytes in safe mode.

Delete all temporary files and then check.
