CPU/Ram: AMD Athon 3000+ / 1.75GB

Everytime I open internet browser and visit some site it automaticly reboot my computer, as well as clicking on security windows from taskbar and some other application such as real player or winmedia classic, i've scanned with avast, kaspersky, and nothing were found, and also everytime my computer reboot the my document folder keeps appearing on the desktop without prior opening it before rebooting, please help, thank you in advance

Do to system properties, advanced, startup and recovery, settings and uncheck automatic restart.
