Product: Acer (laptop)

Hi again,it's I think it's not a virus,but when logging off or shuting computer down it keeps popuping a "WindowsParkingForms" window with selections of "End Now" or "Cancel"(if i'm correct) so why it's doing it and is this is serious ? pls help as soon as possible :)

Make sure you don't have HP Image Zone Fast Start (hpqthb08.exe) in your startup folder....

nothing serious.this appears due to a bug related to HP Image Zone Fast Start program .remove it from the Startup Folder . .Once this is done, you can reboot your computer and the problem should be resolved...

I have this problem also.

I am running XP on a Aspire 5600 ACER computer

I have no HP software or anything?

How do I sort out this problem?
