Backup your Hard Drive now. It is on the verge of failure.

Run these free programs:
1- Malwarebytes
2- Hitman Pro

If you can't download them on your PC, use another PC, save them on a thumbdrive or burn them to a CD and then use them on your PC.
Run them till they are clean and then you can uninstall Hitman Pro as it is only a 30 day trial.

If they don't fix your problem try
combofix and follow the website instructions carefully

Some HELP in posting on plus free progs and instructions Cheers
