Hi,
I have the latest version of windows Live messenger on my pc. Used it for ages now. Everytime I try to sign in says unable to connect and passes me on to a troubleshoot. It does a Connectivity test, and results that my default gateway appears to be offline, even though fully connected to the internet etc. Checked firewall and its set to allowed. Have Uninstalled it and Reinstalled it and repaired it. HELP PLEASE!!:(

Instead of using live messenger. Try to log into your hotmail/msn account from the website. If it logs in ok. Then I'd suspect live messenger. Use their support. (realise you have tried uninstalling & reinstalling) If you can't log on via the website, then there is a problem with your account.
Before posting try google. Backup. Use anti virus software.
