CPU/Ram: varies

Comment:

Customers get message upon startup, "Windows cannot open file tftp3486 please select program to open file.....etc.
Customers have been infected with Blaster and Welchia. I installed Microsoft Critical Security Patch 823980 and ran Mcaffee Avert Stinger to remove the worms.
Any idea what these files are and how to stop this message from popping up?

Get Start Up CPL and see what you have in your start up, seems you have refrence to some crap. tftp is the exploit that welchia and msblaster used
