Windows can not find rose.exe

hi guys, i seem to have caught a virus in my pc which iam not able to get rid of.
The default action on my hard drives have changed from OPEN to AUTOPLAY, and whenever i double-click on one of my harddrives in MY COMPUTER, i get the error "WINDOWS CAN NOT FIND ROSE.exe....." . can anyone help please?

thanks for your reply, i tried running the full scan, downloading the latest virus pattern file, but didnt make any difference. the autoplay thing is still there?
