I know many have asked for help to remove this virus infection before but it seems like each fix is difference because victims need to post something in order to know what to do the next step... so can I get some help? My PC is infected and I have no idea how to remove the virus since I cannot open any applications including my antivirus program... Thanks a lot!!!

Then Open task manager and terminate the following processes: 1) Windows Antivirus Pro.exe 2) svchast.exe (not svchost.exe) Now you should be able to remove rest of Windows Antivirus Pro files.
