Windows Antispyware release date?

Anybody know when Microsoft's full version Antispyware will be released? I thought beta testing was to be finished by now. I hope Microsoft releases it as a freeware. But I guess I'd buy it even if it isn't free because it is a great program and does join the top ranks among antispyware software.
