Specs: Windows 7, I dont know
Okay well this morning my computer had looked like it had frozen and my mouse wasn't moving so I did a hard boot. To my surprise once I had gotten past the password prompt it was a black screen and nothing loaded. Fortunately there was a pop up from Norton telling me to buy more storage. This opened the internet as is why I can post this now. But basically my destop is a black screen and I can only see the mouse pointer and any actual windows files like control panel their location has been changed so I can't even to a restore to a previous version. I ran Norton but even that says there is no virus so I am really at a loss for what to do I hope I explained the problem clearly.
