My Zone Alarm Pro showed that I had a #1 wuauboot update (Windows automatic update)then later it showed that I had a wuauclt (Windows automatic update), but this one slowed my computer way down and it looks like it is still updating.

Even my Zone Alarm is moving like a snail while searching in there. Is this normal for this update?

I think the last time my internet moved this slow was about last October and I believed there was some sort of virus going around. Fortunatly, I didn't get it then.

My internet still shows it is active and it's been over a half an hour. I am going to shut down the internet and restart it to see if there is any changes.

Oh yes, I was getting my email in my MS Outlook when I noticed things slowing down and when my zone alarm showed that I was getting the second automatic update.

Looks like it finally stopped loading, but things are still moving really slow. I would really like to know if something is going on.
Thanks
