I couldnt find anything about with google I keep AVG keeps saying its a trojan... and something called usbdriver.exe

They are not listed in my task manager. Is AVG reporting that it cannot access to clean/repair the file because it is "in use"? If so restart the comuter and enter the safe mode and run AVG while in it. If the file is listed as being in "restore", you will need to turn system restore off and restart the computer. System Restore files are protected and no antivirus program can access them. HTH

What I found on google was that it's probably Kazaa related? Do you have any of those products installed on your PC?

No..I dont have kazaa on my PC.... I went to the links you posted yankanuk.. everything came up OK....
