You'll need to run Sysprotect Remover to remove WinAntivirus/Winfixer ...

You will also need to run Combofix.

Next run Smitfraud.

Next run Bitdefender online scan.

Google the names of the software above to locate copies of them. That should relieve most of your troubles although wont get you totally clean. You'll have to wait for Jabuck to post a HJT log and combofix log to finish the clean.

Also check the computer to be sure it has the latest version fo java installed and check add/remove for earlier versions and uninstall them. All the 1.5.xxx versions are exploitable and should be uninstalled.

Let me also add:

When you run Combofix . it will create a log. Be sure to save that for posted later for whomever is going to read it.

Also, when you complete the Bitdefender scan. There is an option to generate a report. Do so and save it.
