Win32:Small trojan

My Avast Anti-Virus keeps detecting Win32:Small-AHY and Win:32Small-BSJ trojans. I also get frequent pop-ups. I have run Spybot, Spyware Blaster, CCleaner Slim. I would like some help in eliminating these.
Also, I get an error message for c:\program files\func.js. I have updated to Java 6u2 and deleted the previous Java versions.

If Avast is only detecting but not removing then go to Trend Micro and do a free online spyware, malware, virus, etc. scan. http://housecall.trendmicro.com/
Don't download any trial software just do the online scan. One tip though, wait for the bar on the left to say idle before starting the scan.
