i have a win32\\sddrop.b worm on my computer. my antivirus program doesnt detect it anymore, but i know its still there because my task manager and some of my files still dont work correctly. please help me remove!!!

Hi bee, Download 'Hijack This!'. Unzip, doubleclick HijackThis.exe, and hit "Scan". When the scan is finished, click "Save Log", and copy and paste it in a reply.

when i tried to download the program, it downloaded, but it did not show up on the desktop (the download destination). in fact, nothing shows up after i download it. also, on my task manager, there are no longer any tabs at the top. someone please help!!
