win32/Bobax!CbdMCM can stay there?

September 12, 2011 at 17:30:51
Specs: Windows XP
CA Antivirus quick scan found "win32/Bobax!CbdMCM" yesterday. It is suspicious file, threat level is low and no action was taken.

Is it really ok to leave it there?
If I have to remove, what tool shall I use?

Later on the day I did Full Scan and it found "Heur/TrojanHorse!CVEeOZ" and it was quarantined.

Should I take any further action?
