Are you running an up-to-date antivirus program? If so, scan your HDD. Set your anti-virus to repair first, and then delete files that can't be repaired.

Sometimes a virus will damage your anti-virus program. If this is the case, try an on-line(free) scan at Trend Micro. The program is called House Call. And it is a popular tool.

I had the same virus when I received the Nimda virus. Deleting the files is not possible, since there is at least 4 in every directory. I have a small and effective virus remover sent by Panda Antivirus. I can send it to you via email if you like. It detected and deleted all my viruses, some 3,xxx files.
