Win32 generic host

OS: wind xp sp2
CPU/Ram: P4 / 384

my colleuge's pc get the error message of " generic host process for win32 services encountered a problem and needs to close." then the pc will disconnected from the LAN (folder sharing within staff) but it's stil able to access to the internet. So need to restart the pc and will be disconnected again within an hour

Is this a network? If so, try to reconfigure the network again, and hopefully that fixes the problem. If not, post back.

Ok, I have kind of a strange problem. Speed Fan detects my sensors and says my CPU temp is 37C. It changed when I'm under load to about 53C max. On Motherboard Monitor 5, it goes from 61C to 62C under
