For those of you who plan to download WIN XP SP2, they evidently have not included support (TCP sends) for RAW SOCKETS (SOCK_RAW). While this move by Microsoft, I believe is not bad, I have heard of some users having trouble with firewalls (other than Microsoft's own WINDOWS FIREWALL).
