white frame virus?

ive got a biiig problem and dont know much about computers. After ive been on the internet for a couple of minutes, the "frame" turns white for a second and in a couple of minutes internet shuts down. What can i do, i have reinstalled the cumputer but it comes back.

I think you would need to actually explain just what you have

Computer model?
software running?
Internet connection type?

Sounds like your video drivers have been affected somehow and may need to be reloaded/updated.

What type of a/v and anti-spyware scanners do you have? You have updated and run them all? In safe Mode?

Give some actual details for more help.
